Hotel Policies, Terms & Conditions
No Refunds After Check-In: Once checked in, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas, at least 25 feet away from room doors, in accordance with California Law. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will incur a $200 penalty. Signs indicating smoking areas are posted near the swimming pool.
Visitor Policy
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms or the pool area unless they are declared, registered, and a $15 per person fee is paid.
Room Key Policy
Please return the room key with its cover at check-out. Failure to do so will result in a $5 charge.
Pet Policy
A non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet, per night is required. Additionally, a deposit of up to $100 (refundable upon room inspection) will be charged. This deposit will be returned to your credit card if no damages, missing items, or excessive mess are found.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Security & Honesty Policy
For your safety, the premises are under 24/7 surveillance. Guests must declare the total number of people and pets staying in the room. Undisclosed persons or pets will result in a $50 penalty and notification to Blythe Police.
Damage & Cleaning Policy
Guests are responsible for keeping the room clean. Any missing, damaged, or broken items, including TVs, remotes, linens, towels, or bedding, will result in additional charges. Stains from lipstick, hair dye, or other substances on towels and linens will also incur a cleaning or replacement fee.
Liability Policy
The property is privately owned and operated. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss of valuables, theft, or damages to vehicles or personal property.
Guest Acknowledgment
By staying at our property, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies and assume personal liability for any charges, damages, or violations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
